Description: This course is designed for health and wellness coaches seeking to enhance their capacity for empathy, emotional awareness, and self-compassion in their coaching practice. Participants will engage in exercises designed to challenge with the intent to build a greater capacity for empathy towards others. Through interactive lessons, practical activities, and reflective exercises, coaches will develop the skills needed to create a nurturing and empathetic coaching environment.

Objectives:
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

Quiz and practical assignments.
Overall Course Project:
The final quiz will allow practicing your empathy skills in various coaching situations.
