Description: This course is designed for health and wellness coaches seeking to enhance their capacity for empathy, emotional awareness, and self-compassion in their coaching practice. Participants will engage in exercises designed to challenge with the intent to build a greater capacity for empathy towards others. Through interactive lessons, practical activities, and reflective exercises, coaches will develop the skills needed to create a nurturing and empathetic coaching environment.

Objectives: 

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

1. Enhance their empathic coaching abilities through experiential learning, reflection, and practical exercises.

2. Foster deeper connections with clients and increase their capacity to understand and address their needs effectively.

Course Assessments: 

Quiz and practical assignments.

Overall Course Project: 

The final quiz will allow practicing your empathy skills in various coaching situations.
