ECC is a comprehensive program that really focuses the live sessions on honing your coaching technique & skills. The supplementary materials are up to date and helpful in giving the student a basic background of topics likely to be encountered in coaching sessions. The program is also approved for preparing a student for the national test. The program is an easy format to follow and the content is presented in a myriad of ways to keep it interesting and flowing from week to week. I was very hesitant to commit to one of the several programs I was researching online.
I started this process with a visualization meditation: trying to picture my life five years down the line. Laying in the grass on a warm spring day I danced in this image, and when I opened my eyes . . . there was a hummingbird hovering above me.
Flash forward a few weeks later, I had my call with ECC to ask questions and affirm that this program was the one. About five minutes into our call, the hummingbird was hovering next to me. Coincidence? I think not.
All of this to say, that was my sign; and wow am I so thankful that I listened.
ECC has brought me so much in such a short period of time. I have been challenged, enlightened, valued, inspired, and loved. This program creates the space for beautiful growth in a small yet wonderful community. I began with hesitation, asking myself "Am I really capable of being a successful coach?"
