Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) work in health and wellness coaching involves understanding and promoting principles of equality, inclusiveness, and respect for all individuals, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ability, or other characteristics.
